ABOUT THE PANEL
Living Hospitality: The Talent & Culture Panel explores how we can reshape the perception of work in hospitality, from jobs of service to careers of significance. As one of the world's fastest-growing industries, hospitality faces a defining challenge: rapid expansion with a shrinking pool of talent. The panel convenes leaders, educators, and changemakers to examine what we are collectively doing to develop the next generation of hospitality professionals who will shape the guest experience.

TIME COMMITMENT
On a bi-monthly basis, you will receive an email inviting you to submit your personal take/opinion based on a viewpoint/question addressing a current topic in the field of HR and human capital. As a panelist, we ask you to submit a short and concise opinion/answer which should not be longer than 3 paragraphs. This should not take you any longer than 15 minutes to redact.
GLOBAL EXPOSURE
As a participating panelist, your contributions and opinions will gain premium exposure on Hospitality Net, the #1 B2B portal for hoteliers (see sample World Panel viewpoint).
