Floor Bleeker is a global technology executive, board advisor, and investor with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation and AI adoption across the hospitality, travel, retail, education, and technology sectors. He combines deep technical expertise with commercial insight and operational leadership to help organizations accelerate growth through innovation.

Today, Floor works with CEOs, boards, investors, and leadership teams on technology strategy, AI, digital transformation, and commercial growth through his advisory firm, In2 Consulting, which was founded by his wife, Anne, in 2010. Based in Dubai, In2 specializes in strategic advisory and communications for the global hospitality industry, with a particular focus on the Middle East. Its clients include hotel companies, governments, technology vendors, startups, and private equity firms. In2 also manages an investment portfolio focused on data and AI companies and recently acquired a 50% stake in Hospitality Net, the world's leading B2B media platform for the hospitality industry.

Prior to In2, Floor served as Group Chief Technology Officer at Accor, where he led a global organization of more than 1,500 technology professionals and managed an annual technology budget exceeding USD 250 million. As a member of the executive leadership team, he was responsible for enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, data, platform modernization, and large-scale transformation initiatives across a portfolio of more than 50 hotel brands and over 5,800 properties worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Floor held several CIO and CTO positions in international organizations, leading complex transformation programs across multi-brand and multi-country businesses. He currently serves as a board director and strategic advisor to hospitality and technology companies, helping organizations define technology strategy, harness AI, execute transformation programs, and bring innovative products and services to market.

In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Floor was inducted into the Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame in 2024.
