Before founding TrustYou, he worked in venture capital at Siemens Venture Capital and XAnge and led Southern European M&A at Conergy AG. Today, he is a key industry voice shaping the shift from fragmented hotel communication to an “always-reply” future powered by contextual data and agentic AI.
