Neil Foster is a hospitality technology advisor with over 25 years of experience across hotel ownership, operating companies (corporate and franchise), and hospitality technology vendors.

As principal advisor with Techtonic Hospitality Services, he advises hotel organizations and senior leaders on technology strategy, operational effectiveness, and vendor ecosystem design, bringing a balanced perspective from both commercial and operational sides of the industry.

Neil is a former Global President of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, as well as a Master Certificate in the Essentials of Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

He is based in Vancouver, Canada with his family.
