Stephan is a serial entrepreneur and platform architect who has founded multiple software companies acquired by Oracle, TripAdvisor, and Shiji. Before co-founding Apaleo, the API-first open hospitality platform, he pioneered the first genuine cloud PMS for hotel chains.

With a background in software engineering and a PhD in computer science, Stephan advises startups and invests in innovative software ventures.
