Lynn Zwibak is a hospitality revenue management expert and commercial strategy advisor with over two decades in hospitality. She began her career in group sales before moving into revenue leadership roles with major brands and independent hotels, in the U.S. and abroad.

As founder of Zwibak | Commercial Strategy and adjunct professor at Virginia Tech, Lynn specializes in making revenue strategy accessible to non-revenue managers, fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations. Known for her engaging, story-driven style, she helps hotels break down silos, unlock profitability, and turn complex data into strategies teams can actually use.
