Tanja Yvonne Stegmüller is an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record in operations, pre-openings, and organizational transformation across Europe and the Middle East. As Co-Founder of TRUSTmenti, she is driving a new approach to mentorship and talent development in hospitality.

Currently completing her Executive MBA in Global Hospitality Management at Les Roches, Tanja is passionate about redefining leadership through connection, culture, and the belief that “Hospitality is not a place - it’s a mindset.”
