Ricardo Orozco Arce is the Vice President of Operations for The Villa Group, overseeing seven resorts across Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, and Nuevo Vallarta. With over 35 years of experience in hospitality, he is recognized for creating innovative business models, elevating service standards, and delivering operational excellence.

A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Ricardo brings expertise in sales, marketing, food & beverage, and property management.
