Christina Reti is the Founder and CEO of CDR Talent Advisory and a Global Member of the World Travel & Tourism Council. She has spent more than two decades advising boards, owners, and CEOs across luxury hospitality, branded residences, and experiential real estate, helping organisations navigate leadership, growth, and people transformation.

Before launching CDR, she led the global hospitality practice at Korn Ferry and co-led real estate for EMEA, building a reputation for shaping senior teams in some of the world’s most iconic brands.

At CDR, she and her partners are redefining how the industry approaches talent, combining deep sector expertise, human-centred leadership development, and a modern advisory model built for the future of work in hospitality.
