She has held senior digital roles with groups such as Minor Hotels, Raffles & Fairmont, and Cinnamon Hotels, leading performance marketing, CRM, and customer loyalty programs. Kalani is known for combining data-driven strategy with creative execution and for managing cross-functional teams across digital, social, and e-distribution platforms.

She holds an MBA and is a Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM), and remains deeply passionate about the evolving intersection of technology, customer experience, and hospitality marketing.
