Mahé Besson's academic journey spans hospitality management at EHL and sustainable development at the University of Basel. She has woven these fields together by collaborating on hospitality projects addressing socio-economic and ecological challenges across Indonesia, India, and Brazil.

As a consultant specializing in innovation and collaborative processes, she guides people and organizations through transformative change. Mahé believes that the true regenerative power of hospitality lies in reconnection—between people and nature, guests and hosts—and in the design of experiences that nurture ecological integrity and community self-authorship.
