Leonardo Caffo is an Italian philosopher, writer, and curator. He currently teaches History of Contemporary Art at Pegaso University in Italy, and he has previously taught Theoretical Philosophy and Aesthetics at various universities in Italy and abroad. He is one of the most discussed and controversial figures in Italian philosophical debate, and has worked with museums, biennales, radio stations, research centers, television networks, newspapers, and magazines. He has written around thirty books, which have been translated into various languages; his theory of contemporary posthumanism is comprehensively presented in Fragile Umanità (2017).
